Foothill Mamma’s BBQ Juke Joint

While planning our trip to Natural Bridge, VA, we started looking for a good spot to grab a late lunch after checking out the bridge. That’s when I stumbled upon Foothill Mamma’s BBQ Juke Joint. I leaned over to Johnny and said, “I don’t care what the food tastes like—just based on the name, we have to check this place out.” Thankfully, their rave reviews convinced him, and he was curious enough to give it a shot.

When we pulled up and stepped out of the truck, we knew we were in for a treat—especially when that incredible smoky aroma hit us. Johnny, the king of smoking food, was starting to get excited. We both ordered the pulled pork and smoked andouille, and they absolutely did not disappoint. The pork was tender and flavorful, but the real star was the andouille—truly the best we’ve ever had.
